9月17日，由吉林省外国专家局主办，吉林省外国专家服务中心承办的“共享文化魅力，促进中外交流”中秋主题文化体验活动在长春举办。省科技厅副厅长、省外国专家局局长刘多参加了本次活动。来自俄罗斯、英国、美国、德国、意大利、澳大利亚、乌克兰等国家的20多名在吉外国专家参加了本次活动。

  On September 17, the Mid-Autumn cultural experience activities themed "Sharing Cultural Charm & Promoting Foreign Exchanges" was held in Changchun. This event was hosted by Jilin Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs and organized by Jilin Foreign Expert Service Center. Liu Duo, Deputy Director-General of Jilin Science and Technology Department and Director-General of Jilin Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs attended the event. More than 20 foreign experts in Jilin from Russia, The United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Italy, Australia, Ukraine and other countries attended the event.

      外国专家们参观了中国古代四大发明的历史进程，亲自体验了活字印刷、古法造纸和月饼制作，了解了中国古代四大发明和中秋节传统文化习俗，体验了中国传统文化的魅力，感受了浓浓的中秋味道。The foreign experts visited the historical process of the Four Great Inventions of ancient China, experienced movable type printing, ancient paper-making and moon cake making by themselves, learned about the Four Great Inventions and the traditional culture and customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival, experienced the charm of traditional Chinese culture and felt the strong atmosphere of the festival.      东北师大附中国际课程中心学术校长JOHN HUMPHREYS表示，这是他第一次如此近距离接触中国古代伟大的发明创造，这次精彩纷呈的文化体验活动为他打开了一扇了解中国文化的窗户，他希望未来有更多外国专家来到中国，来到吉林，亲身体验中国文化，促进彼此的交流。John Humphreys, academic principal of International Curriculum Centre of High School Attached to Northeast Normal University, said that this was the first time he had such a close contact of the great inventions in ancient China and the wonderful culture experience activity opened a window to understand Chinese culture for him. He hoped more foreign experts would come to China and experience Chinese culture by themselves to promote mutual exchanges.

  吉林省屹钊教育公司Norman说，他第一次参观和了解中国古代的四大发明，尤其对指南针、造纸术的发明印象深刻。动手体验了造纸、印刷的技术，很有趣。在亲身体验了中国的传统文化之后，让他越发喜欢中国，喜欢吉林。他很享受今天的文化体验，希望今后能参加更多的文化体验交流活动，促进彼此友谊，感受文化魅力。

      Norman from Jilin Yizhao Education Company said that it was the first time for him to visit and learn about the Four Great Inventions of ancient China and he was deeply impressed by the invention of the compass and paper-making. The hands-on experience of paper-making and printing was very interesting. After experiencing the traditional Chinese culture, he became fond of China more than ever. He enjoyed today’s event very much and hoped to participate more activities like this in the future to promote mutual friendship and feel cultural charm.

  刘多在中秋祝词中说，中秋是团圆的节日，受疫情影响，很多在吉林辛勤工作外国专家无法和家人团聚，外国专家爱岗敬业的无私奉献精神让人深为感动。省外国专家局将珍惜各位外国专家的情谊，持续优化外国专家在吉工作和生活环境，让外国专家在吉林感受到家一般的温暖。

      Liu Duo said in his Mid-Autumn speech that the Mid-Autumn Festival was for reunion. Many hard-working foreign experts in Jilin could not get together with their families due to the pandemic and we were deeply moved by the selfless dedication of foreign experts. Jilin Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs would cherish the friendship of foreign experts and continue to optimize their working and living environment to make them feel the warmth of home in Jilin.
